If you’ve seen a floor covering, bed, mattress or accessory you'd like to buy, we aim to make it easy at every step. 

You can order online using your laptop or desktop computer, tablet or mobile device, in one of more than 300 stores nationwide, over the telephone or even in your own home thanks to our helpful home consultation team. Our price promise ensures you always receive great value and we offer a 0% interest free credit solution to make your new flooring or bed even more accessible. 

Online 

Simply find your product and order using the easy to follow instructions. We've designed our websites to work on all devices whether you are surfing on your mobile, tablet or using your desktop or laptop computer. Either browse by product category using the top navigation links, or search for a product in the search box. Once you have found an item, select the colour, size and applicable accessories and service then click on 'ADD TO BASKET'. 
Click on the basket to review the products selected. Items can be removed from the basket by clicking the cross next to the item, or quantities can be changed by correcting the quantity and 'updating basket'. To continue shopping just click on 'continue shopping'. 
Click on 'CHECKOUT' to proceed with your order.

If you would rather make your purchase from the comfort of your own home, not a problem! You can book a free home consultation where one of our flooring specialists will be happy to measure your chosen rooms, review your sub flooring to ensure suitability of your chosen product, provide expert planning advice as well as providing a estimating and quote. This expert service will ensure you get the right product and perfect fit – with minimum wastage so saving you money. Once you are happy, you can place your order with them there and then. It really couldn’t be easier.

placed an order - what happens next?

You will receive an order confirmation via email that details your order number, the items and services that you have purchased as well as including details of your local store. Please check the confirmation email and contact website customer services with any queries.

Collected flooring orders will be available for safe collection from the store within 7-10 working days, and we’ll be in touch as soon as this is confirmed. Please click here to see how we are keeping you safe.

Delivered flooring orders will be dispatched to your local store within 7-10 working days. Once everything is confirmed, a team member from your local store will be in touch to arrange delivery and, if required, professional fitting, at a time that suits you. PLEASE NOTE: fitting charges are paid directly to the fitter on the day of fitting.

Beds & Mattress orders will be dispatched within 21 days. Once everything is confirmed, our courier will be in touch to arrange a non-contact delivery at a time that suits you.

Online exclusive rugs orders will be dispatched and delivered within 3-5 working days. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information and a consignment number. Your tracking information will direct you to our courier's website.

Payment options: We accept most major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Delta / Connect and Maestro we also offer finance options online including an interest free credit service from Hitachi Personal Finance. In our stores, payment options include cash payment, all major credit cards and 0% APR finance with no deposit.


Interest Free Credit - 0% APR Finance: Spread the cost of your purchase with interest free credit. You can chose a flexible plan for up to 4 years, all with no deposit. To find out more about the finance options we offer visit our Interest Free Payment page. Finance options are subject to status and affordablility. Minimum spend of £500 applies. No deposit required. Fitting charges are excluded from any credit offer.

Once you have placed your order, you can track the progress of your order by using our Online Order Tracking. Alternatively, please contact the store where you placed your order for an update on the current status of your goods.

order delays and out of stock orders

We take great care to ensure that our range is fully up to date and that there is stock of all our products always available. Unfortunately on rare occasions, products are discontinued either by the manufacturer or by us due to stock availability issues, and we may not have been notified in time before you placed your order. As a result we will ask you to re-select an alternative product of your choice from our current ranges and to the same value, either online or at your store. However, if this is not acceptable to you we would of course be happy to issue you with a full refund for the money you have paid.

Orders placed on website: If you placed your order on the Carpetright.co.uk website or over the telephone, please contact the Web Sales team on 0330 333 3444 and one of our advisors will be on hand to answer queries and help you with your problem.

cancelling and amending orders

Cancelling your order: You can cancel your order at anytime up to 14 days after receiving your order. Please check our Cancellation Policy for full details.

 
Changing delivery information: Unfortunately it is not possible to amend the delivery address of an order once it has been placed.
