how to order your samples

Step 1: Add up to 4 samples to "My Samples"

Find a product that you like and click on the "Add to my samples" button either on the category page or the product page. You can add up to 4 samples.

Step 2: Review your selection & complete your order

Once you have chosen your samples. Click on the Basket at the top right of your page and it will take you to your samples basket. Here you can review your samples and check that you are happy with the samples you have selected. Then, click the "order samples" button and fill in your delivery details.

Step 3: Receive your samples & decide which flooring you wish to purchase

Your samples will then arrive through your letterbox ready for you to choose your perfect flooring.

Step 4: Buy your flooring online or in store

Once you've decided on your favourite flooring, visit us online or in store to complete your purchase.
