If you’re looking for updates on your order with us then you’ve come through to the right place. Tracking your order can be done in a few simple steps when you log into your online account.

We’ve also put a few helpful tips below on how to get a quick summary of your order.

Get a quick order summary

Click here and enter your order number and email address and click ‘Retrieve order’ to see a quick summary of your order and what stage your order is at. See our example below.


If you would like more than a quick summary of your order, or to pay an outstanding balance, then you will need to have an online account with us.

Get a complete order summary

Click here to log in to your account to track your order.

Click here to register for an account if you do not have one already. Make sure you register using the same email address that is on your order!

When you’re logged in, please follow the below steps to check on the status of your order.


1. Click on ‘Account’ at the top right-hand corner of the page.


2. Select ‘Order history’ from the drop-down menu.


3. Click on ‘+ View Order’ under the ‘See more’ column for an overview of your order.
