The Free Fitting on Carpet and Vinyl promotion is available from 1st November 2023 and ends 28th November 2023. Minimum order value is £499, excluding services. 

To qualify for free fitting on carpet purchases, you must purchase an appropriate amount of underlay relevant to the area being fitted. 

To qualify for free fitting on vinyl purchases, you must purchase the appropriate amount of adhesive relevant to the area being fitted.

Free fitting only covers the basic rate of fitting for these product groups. (So,  not applicable to screed, hardboard or open plan stair fitting etc, which must be paid for in the usual way).

The cost of fitting will be deducted from your total flooring order at the time of ordering, and you must pay the fitter directly on completion of fitting.  Free fitting offer is not applicable on LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tiles), Wood or Laminate.

There is no cash alternative. The promotional offer is non-transferable to another person or exchanged for any other discount or offer if the customer does not wish to receive the free fitting.

The free fitting promotion is only available in respect of firm orders placed and payment made in full during the promotional period.

In the event that an order is cancelled or changed by the customer before the free fitting has been delivered, the promotional value will become null and void.

Free Delivery applies to the Standard Silver Delivery Service only (£39). There is an additional charge of £40 for the Platinum Recycling Delivery Service. 

Free Delivery only applies to orders with a minimum spend of £100 or more for all Divans, Bed Frames, Kids Beds, Mattress and Headboards. 

Free Delivery excludes carry out stocked items within the store, roll up mattresses, protectors, pillows and shop floor model clearance. Also excludes exchanges unless deemed to be faulty.

Our promise to you is that we will never be beaten on price, so you can place an order with us with confidence! We guarantee that we’ll beat the on-the-floor, delivered, fully fitted price from another retailer for the same floor covering, floor preparation and ancillary products. We also guarantee that we’ll beat the delivered price of an equivalent divan, bed frame or mattress of the same brand.

Influencer promotional codes

Influencer promotional codes can be used online and instore. Live for 3 months from posting date on the talents Instagram post. Use the bespoke code at the checkout or instore. Code can only be used on the product range they are promoting i.e rugs.
