There’s no better way to get your child off to a good night’s sleep, than with a lovely children’s story. This week we’d like to share with you a story about How the Camel Got His Hump – a tale that has delighted kids for generations!

This is an adaptation of a famous Rudyard Kipling which tells how the grumpy, idle camel turned his ‘humph’ into a ‘hump.’ Set in Arabia, we learn that not having enough to do can make people and animals very grumpy.

You can download and read this story, complete with sound effects and funny voice, you can even print it out and keep it if you’d like to! We also have an audio book that you and your child can listen to together as you unwind for the evening…
