Retrieving a quote

If you have recieved a quote from one of our colleagues in store or over the phone and have received a quote reference number, then you can view it online!

All you need to do is click the link below and enter your quote reference number and the email address you supplied at the time to see your quote. You can then review your quote and if you are happy, make a payment to confirm your order!

Placing an order

 

You can place an order with us in many different ways. You can place an order here on our website, in one of our more than 300 stores nationwide, over the telephone, and even from the comfort of your own sofa with either a video call to one of our stores or with the help of our home consultation team.

What happens once you've placed an order?

 

If you have placed an order with us, first of all, thank you! You will receive a confirmation email with all the important details such as your order number, the items and services you have purchased, as well as details of your local store that will be dealing with your order. 

Our team will be in touch every step of the way to keep you updated on the progress of your order. You can also track the progress of your order using our online order tracking.

We accept a number of payment methods, including most major credit cards. We also offer finance options including an interest free credit service from Hitatchi Personal Finance.

Delivery & collection

As Europe’s largest floor covering retailer, we can keep our delivery charges low, so there’s no need to worry about getting your brand new purchase home. Let us do the work for you. Our trained delivery drivers know how to handle your new purchase whether it’s a carpet, vinyl flooring or a brand new divan bed and they’ll make sure it gets to you on time and in perfect condition, whilst keeping you updated along the way!

 

  • We offer different delivery options, depending on the product you’ve purchased. 
  • The delivery charge is made to cover the whole cost of delivery to your home. 
  • Collect from our stores for free. Delivery is not charged if you’re going to collect (or take away) the goods.

At Carpetright we believe in making things easy, so we offer a fitting arrangement service, which is approved by Which? Trusted Trader. Carpetright's fitting arrangement service uses a Which? Approved assessment process, meaning they must pass a rigorous assessment and demonstrate suitable skill and depth of experience. We also ensure all checks have been carried out before they work for our customers.

Uplift and disposal service

 

Let us take the stress away with our uplift and disposal service. With the standard fitting service they will move up to 5 items of empty furniture, bag up your offcuts and vacuum after fitting, free of charge. For a small additional fee they can uplift your old floor covering or take it away to dispose of it. Or we can do both.
