  1. The Promoter of this competition is Carpetright Limited at Nestware House, Purfleet, Purfleet Bypass, Essex RM19 1TT.
  2. The competition is open to all UK residents (excluding ROI) aged 18 years or over at the time of competition entry, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the promotion.
  3. Competition will begin on 28 March 2024 and ending on 1 April 2024.
  4. Only one entry per household.
  5. Prizes:
    a.    Prizes for this competition includes 60 chocolate bundles; 30 bundles for Facebook entries and 30 bundles for Instagram entries. Winners will be chosen at random.
    b.    The Promoter reserves the right to add more prizes as and when they become available. Winners will be notified that they have won in line with these Terms & Conditions.
    c.    Winners will be notified by Carpetright via email (carpetrightcompetitions@carpetright.co.uk) by 4 April 2024 and may be requested to share their address or other details in order to facilitate prize fulfilment.
    d.    Prizes may come with additional Terms & Conditions that apply. In such instances, all relevant information will be provided to the winners prior to them accepting the prize. If a winner cannot adhere to the terms (e.g. did not share their address), then that prize will be forfeited by the winner and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize.
    e.    The Promoter must publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, if you are a winner, your surname and county of residence will be made available on Carpetright.co.uk or if applicable made available to anyone who email (carpetrightcompetitions@carpetright.co.uk) The winners may object to their surname or county of residence being published or made available, or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
    f.    Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prize will only be awarded directly to the winner(s).

    a.    Participants need to locate the Facebook or Instagram post regarding this Easter competition and then tag a friend that they would share the chocolate prize with.
    b.    The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, or corrupted submission. Any personal data submitted will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

  7. The Promoter will use the personal data supplied for the administration of the competition and for informing entrants of future Carpetright promotions (where we have your consent). The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this prize draw or communicating with entrants. a. Prize envelopes will be distributed between 16 October 2023 and 17 December 2023.
b. Prize envelopes can be redeemed in any Carpetright stores between 16 October 2023 and 31 December 2023.

Entry is open to UK mainland residents, aged 18 and over only.

1. No one associated with the promotion or employees of Carpetright Limited or any subsidiaries are eligible to enter.

5. The closing date for the prize draw is midday 13/12/23. Entries received outside this period will not be considered. Incomplete entres and entries from third-party agents will not be eligible for the prize draw.
