Caring For Machine Made Rugs
When cleaning machine made rugs, it is important to try and loosen any grit whilst keeping the pile upright. Using a vacuum cleaner with a beater bar will help you achieve this. To maintain the look and feel of your rug, it is also recommended that you also clean the back of your rug from time to time. Using an upright cleaner with a beater bar to do this, you will be able to remove the grit much more easily this way. We have have created our rug care guide to help care for your new rug.
Caring For Hand Tufted Rugs
You need to be careful when cleaning hand tufted rugs. We recommend using your vacuum cleaner on the suction only setting without the beater bar. This will minimalize rug wear.
