When cleaning machine made rugs, it is important to try and loosen any grit whilst keeping the pile upright. Using a vacuum cleaner with a beater bar will help you achieve this. To maintain the look and feel of your rug, it is also recommended that you also clean the back of your rug from time to time. You need to be careful when cleaning hand tufted rugs. We recommend using your vacuum cleaner on the suction only setting without the beater bar. This will minimalize rug wear.

• Never place your rug on a wet or damp floor.
• If your rug comes with a manufacturer’s care label, be sure to follow the instructions closely to ensure maximum care and lifespan.
