As Europe’s largest floor covering retailer, we’ve got the power to keep our delivery charges low. It means you don’t have to worry about the hassle of getting your brand new purchase home – or the expense.
All our delivery drivers know how to handle your new purchase, whether it’s a carpet, vinyl flooring or a brand new divan bed, they’ll make sure it gets to you on time and in perfect condition.
Delivery estimates are given in good faith and we will do our best to ensure your order arrives within the time stated. To find out more about our delivery service you can call us on 0845 604 5616, pop into one of our stores or refer to our Terms and Conditions.
There is a standard delivery charge of £29.00 that applies to all products (carpets, vinyls, LVT, laminates and beds) and there will be one charge only for all the goods on the order. For example, if you buy a bed as well as carpet you will only need to pay £29 for the delivery of both.
The delivery charge is made to cover the cost of delivery to the Customer’s home. Delivery is not charged when a customer is going to collect (or take away) the goods.
Standard Carpet and Vinyl Deliveries
Orders for carpet and vinyl will be dispatched to your nearest Carpetright store, who will call you once your goods have been received to arrange delivery and fitting (if applicable).
Standard Rug and Laminate Deliveries
Orders for rugs will be dispatched directly from our suppliers. All rug deliveries require a signature.
If you’re not at home when your rug is delivered the courier will leave a card with his details and how to arrange re-delivery. If you have not responded within 7 days, your rug will be returned to us and you may incur additional postage charges.
Orders for laminate flooring will be delivered to you directly from our suppliers. If you have chosen to have your laminate flooring fitted you will be contacted to arrange a fitting date once your goods are ready to be dispatched.
Standard Divan, Bed Frame, Kids Beds, Mattress and Headboard Deliveries
Items such as our hand-made products and bed frames are made or selected to order and delivered direct to your home from our national Distribution Centre.
When your order arrives at our Distribution Centre, you’ll be contacted by a member of the Booking Team. You can then arrange what day of the week is best for you and whether you’d like your item delivered in the morning or afternoon. To make sure we can deliver ultimate convenience as well as great products, we also call you half an hour before we deliver, should you wish.
We don’t expect you to struggle upstairs with your new purchase, that’s why we’ll gladly put your new item in any room of your choice.
If you’ve bought a divan set and mattress from us, our delivery team is more than happy to assemble your new purchase, making life even easier.
As Carpetright, we certainly don’t expect you to get rid of the leftover rubbish and packaging yourself. So, we’ll try tidy up all the wrapping and packaging and take it away with us to be recycled.

In the event that we have not been able to deliver your goods due to you not being at home, please note that you may incur additional charges to arrange re-delivery.
Postcode Exception Areas
Unfortunately, Carpetright UK are currently unable to deliver to any of the following postcode areas:
Arran, BFPO, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Lewis, Uist, Barra, Orkney, Scilly Isles, Shetland, Skye.
Limited deliveries are available to the following mainland postcodes for an additional mileage delivery charge. If you wish to place an order for any of the following postcode areas, please contact our Sales Helpline on 0845 6045616 prior to placing your order.
If your order is a combination of flooring products and/or bed products, these may be despatched from different warehouses and will arrive separately.
