We guarantee all our carpets against wear from normal domestic use, for a minimum period of 5 years from the date of purchase providing it is fitted onto the appropriate new Carpetright underlay by a competent fitter in accordance with the requirements of BS 5325. Some carpets even have 10, 12 or 15 year guarantees. Our vinyl flooring comes with warranties that last a decade, and most of our quality laminate comes with an astonishing 25 year wear warranty.

We are one of the UK’s biggest suppliers of memory foam beds which offer unparalleled comfort and temperature control, but we also supply sprung mattresses, bed frames, pillows and other bedding items. In addition our range includes adjustable motorised beds, mattresses that don’t need to be turned (so you can say goodbye to lifting a heavy mattress!) and we use a dedicated home delivery company who specialise in giving a “white gloves” service. We are so confident in the quality of the goods we supply that everything comes with a guarantee.

We give a FIVE YEAR guarantee on all divan sets and mattresses, and a ONE YEAR guarantee on all bed frames, headboards, pillows, mattress protectors and mattress toppers. Adjustable beds are also guaranteed for FIVE YEARS and the motors for TWO YEARS.
