3D Secure

What is it?

3D Secure is a combined online security package which includes Verified by Visa (VbV) and MasterCard SecureCode.  It asks you to create your own personal password, known only to you and your bank, and provides you with additional security when making online payments. 

How do I register?

You only need to register your card once, then whenever you shop online using the same card you will be prompted to enter your password.  To register you need to complete the details in the 3D Secure screen and create personal password.  The details you enter will be submitted to your bank or card issuer directly over a secure link, this information will not be held or viewed by Carpetright.co.uk.

What if I am already registered?

If you have already registered your card with another online retailer, just enter your personal password to complete your order.  If you have already registered but have forgotten your password, simply click the Forgotten Password  or Reset Password link and a new password will be sent to your registered email address.
